Kelly Williams is the Founder and President of Customer Success Advisors. She has spent her career focused on the full customer experience from sales to services to customer success and has launched and led teams in all of these areas. She’s skilled at ensuring a maximum return on investment for customers and the highest revenue for her companies.
Kelly also has first hand knowledge of the pivotal role customer success plays in company valuations for capitalization exercises. She participated in the pre-acquisition due diligence of several technology companies and led the customer success integration for subsequent acquisitions.
Having been a member of leadership teams while working closely with customers she has developed a collaborative and trusted advisory style. She believes in blending the voice of the customer with realistic business objectives to set company strategy and tactical execution plans. She is passionate about bringing these experiences to her teams and to other emerging technology companies.
Kelly grew up in Oregon and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Computer Science from Oregon State University. She later received her Master’s in Finance and Management from the University of Colorado. She’s an avid hiker and a dedicated college football fan.
