Jed is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Commons, a mobile messaging platform that enables customers to reach more users, drive mobile engagement, and improve conversion rates. Jed’s experience building and operating Mobile Commons has contributed to his reputation as one of the foremost authorities on mobile communications strategy. As a SaaS entrepreneur, Jed was instrumental in executing Mobile Commons’ business model and scaling the company’s messaging technology into a mobile-first communications platform with a blue-chip customer roster. Mobile Commons was acquired by Upland Software (UPLD) in 2014 where Jed is SVP and General Manager.
Jed previously served as the President of Sunshine Amalgamedia where he developed syndication sponsorship models that paired up-and-coming directors with nationally branded sponsorship and multiple distribution networks. Sunshine partners, clients, and customers have included Microsoft, Oracle, and Scripps Howard. Additionally, Jed created marketing and sponsorship programs for clients such as Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Pepsi and Samsung. Prior to joining Sunshine, Jed worked as an attorney, focusing his practice on entertainment and media law.

Alan has been involved with technology startups for over twenty years as an operator and senior executive. Recently he was EVP of Corporate and Business Development at Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ: BV), the global leader in SaaS based Consumer Ratings and Reviews, where he was a key member of the IPO team in 2012 and then completed two major acquisitions and one divestiture as the company doubled revenues during that period. Other notable exits include: Lombardi Software where Alan joined pre revenue and eventually sold the company to IBM in 2010; Netpliance/Tippingpoint which was acquired by 3Com and pcOrder.com which IPO’d in 1999.

Ross has over 20 years of experience building and leading companies that deliver mission critical B2B software solutions. Ross has worked with technology companies across their lifecycle, including developing strategy, sales, operations, acquisitions and strategic exits. Ross has built and strategically exited three software / SaaS companies – generating a quarter billion dollars in shareholder value and has also been actively involved in a number of acquisitions throughout his career.
Most recently, Ross had a global leadership role with SAP, the world’s largest application software company following the successful acquisition of Camilion Solutions Inc. where he was CEO. Ross was also Chair of the Advisory Board and major shareholder of Doxim Inc, a leader in customer communications software for the credit union, community bank and wealth management industries. Prior to that Ross was CEO of InSystems Corporation, a leader in regulatory document processing solutions to the financial services industry that was acquired by Standard Register in 2002. He currently serves on the board of a number of companies in the software sector.
VP of Marketing, Partnerships, and Strategy - Signal Sciences
Tyler has been involved with startups at all levels for over 25 years resulting in successful exits including two acquisitions (LURHQ - acquired by Dell / Secureworks, @Stake - acquired by Symantec), an IPO (Portal Software - PRSF), and a current technology venture tracking towards IPO (Veracode Inc.).
Previously, Tyler was a market analyst for Forrester Research covering multiple technology markets including mobile, security, and Internet of Things. He has run a successful business unit for a mobile security technology firm as well as helped mentor multiple startup executives allowing them to gain traction and eventual success. Tyler currently runs marketing, partnerships, and strategy for web security firm Signal Sciences, based in Venice Beach California. Tyler also sits on the board of a stealth tech startup as well as advisory boards for multiple technology ventures in the information security space.
Bruce is CEO of Chilon, a corporate strategy firm based in Dallas, Texas. Bruce is also active in the angel investment community through Quebus Ventures and Blossom Street Ventures, where he is Board Emeritus. Previously Bruce was an executive at cloud security company Armor Defense. During his tenure at Armor he was CFO through four investment rounds and later led the Product Lab which designed the next generation of security solutions.
